Annelise Gray

Dr Annelise Gray studied Classics at Newnham College, University of Cambridge where she was awarded her PhD. She has worked as a historical researcher for authors and television companies as well as publishing two books for adults (under her other name Annelise Freisenbruch). She now teaches Latin in Dorset. Circus Maximus: Race to the Death is her first book for children. She will be speaking at the Chalke Valley History Festival for Schools.
