Our present-day soldiers will demonstrate the differences but also many similarities of an infantry assault in 1944 compared with today, from the ‘O’ Group and planning to the execution. Real soldiers performing real wartime scenarios.

Living History encampments, Live History Live, Saturday party & fireworks, plus Pop-up History events are all FREE with your entrance to the festival. Entrance is free to those who have a paid-for talk ticket, or you can buy entrance tickets for the weekend below.
